Uni 06-06-2016 - Regulating basic salary level from 01 May 2016

On 26 June 2016, Government issued Decree 47/2016/NĐ-CP regulating basic salary level for officials and public employees, servants and the armed forces.

From 01 May 2016, the basic salary level is 1,210,000 VND/month. The basic salary level is used to:

-          To compute salary levels in the payroll, allowance level and other allowances as regulations for the entities regulated in article 2 of this Decree;

-          To compute the operating expense under regulations;

-          To compute the allowances and accompanying benefits in compliance with basic salary level.
